Directions:
First dice your tomatos and set asiide.
Next take your jalepeno pepper and
slice down the center. Cut out the seeds if you don't want this
salsa to be very spicy hot. If you like spicy hot then go aheard
and leave the seads in. Go ahead and dice up the jalepeno into very
small pieces.
Next chop up your cilantro. Use the
knife in a rocking back and forth fashion, with the palm of your
hand firmly placed on the top of the knife so you don't accidentally
cut your fingers.
Mince up your Onions, and mince your
garlic.
Place all ingredients in to your
bowl, along with the lime juice and mix. Lastly, salt to taste.
