These potatoes are a staple
of every holiday dinner we have at our house.
2 Red Potatoes per person, washed
and cut in 2
Do NOT peel
In a large pot with water and 1 t. Salt - Cook until they are
soft enough to mash
In a mixing bowl combine
Still hot potatoes (Drained)
2 Cups of Sour Cream
1 Stick of Butter
And 2 Cups of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Mash the potatoes while you are
mixing in the ingredients.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
**You may add more sour cream,
butter and cheese if you have a larger group.
