Crunchy Baked Chicken

cups cornflakes
1 T plus 1tsp sesame seed
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
4 skinless boneless chicken breast
1/2
cup skim milk
2Tbsp
plus 2tsp reduced-calorie margarine
1.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 8" square baking pan
With nonstick cooking spray; set aside.
2. Place cornflakes in gallon-size
food storage bag: crush flakes. Add sesame seeds, paprika, salt
& pepper; shake well. Set aside.
3. Dip each chicken breast
in milk, then place in bag with Cornflake mixture. Shake until
coated. Repeat with each chicken breast.
4. Place coated chicken breast
in baking pan. Dot evenly With margarine. Bake 45 minutes or
until cooked through.
