Directions:
1. Slice the onions very thin and pop
each piece out to create rings.
2. Heat up your deep fryer
3. Prepare your Horseradish Dip as shown
in the video - make sure to start with your mayo first, and
set aside.
4. Take the milk and the eggs and whisk
together in a large bowl. Set a side.
5. Prepare in a gallon size bag with the paprika and the flour
mixture.
6. At this point your deep fryer should
be hot. - Take a handful of onion rings and place them in
the milk/egg mix. Then move them over to the bag of flour
and paprika. Hold the top of the bag tightly and shake. This
will coat the onions. Pull the onions out of the flour mixture
but before you remove them from the bag gently shake to get
off any extra flour and then gently place the flour coated
onions in to your deep fryer. Do not drop them in as the oil
can splash and burn you.
While you are waiting for the onions to
fry you can get your next set of onions ready by repeating
the above steps.
When the onion rings are golden brown, take
them out of the fryer with either tongs or a spatula and place
them in a baking dish or on a serving plate that has been
thickly lined with paper towels to soak up any extra oils.
Salt to taste.
Serve the above with your prepared horseradish
dip.
