Casserole for Leftovers
This a
great for leftover turkey! - I don't cook, so this recipe will
lack specific amounts.
In a casserole dish, layer the
bottom of the dish with cooked turkey
Place a layer of cooked broccoli on top
REPEAT layers until you run out of broccoli and Turkey or until
the casserole dish is full
Cover
with Sauce:
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
Add milk to desired consistency (not too watery - more like
a mildly thick cream)
Top
with 1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and top that
with breadcrumbs. (just a light coating of the breadcrumbs)
Bake
in over at 350 degrees 30-45 minutes or until Hot
You can make this dish
ahead of time and freeze. However, if you do this, do not add
the cheese and breadcrumbs until the day you bake.
