Pre-Heat oven to 350° -
In a mixing bowl mix the shredded hash browns,
butter and beef bullion granuals. Mix well.
Take a 9" pie plate and spray it with
cooking spray so the hash brown mixture does not stick. Next,
add the hash brown mixture to the pie plate and press down
on the sides and the middle, you are trying to make a "pie
crust" out of the hash browns.
Put the pie plate with the hash brown mixture
in the oven for 25-30 minutes.
While you are waiting for this to bake,
take you mild pork sausage and cook in a large skillet with
the onions. Make sure to drain, when the meat is cooked through.
Make sure sausage is no longer pink.
In a bowl add the mild pork sausage and
the remaining ingredients and mix well.
Once the hash browns are done baking, pour
the sausage mixture in to the hash brown "Pie crust",
like a filling. Put the entire casserole back in the oven,
still at 350° and bake for 40-45 minutes. Take it out
of the oven and ENJOY!
