Pre-Heat oven to 350° - bake graham
cracker crust for 5-7 minutes to firm it up. (You can do this
the night before when it is cooler)
In a mixing bowl add the 6 oz of frozen
lemonade (start to beat with a mixer) and 1 pint of vanilla
ice cream. Using a blender beat the two together. Fold in
the 8 oz of whipped topping. When it is all smoothly folded
together pour in to the graham cracker crust. Top with spray
whipped cream for decoration and put in the freezer for at
least 4 hours, but preferably overnight.
Suggestion: Make 2 or 3 of these pies and
keep them on hand for unexpected guest, or your next party.
Try frozen orange juice or limeade for a different flavor.
