Quick and Easy Paella
Paella is a rice dish from Valencia Spain.
There are thousands of versions of Paella. It may contain
chicken, pork, shellfish, fish, eel, squid, beans, peas, artichokes
or peppers. This "Cooking with Tristan" episode
shows you how to make a quick and simple version of Paella.
It tastes delicious and is also very healthy.
2 T. Chopped Garlic
2 T. Curry Powder
1 Can Peas
2 C. Mixed Seafood (you can get this at your local membership
club, or just create your own mixture of your favorite seafood)
2 C. Fresh or Frozen Shrimp, devained and pealed
2 C. Imitation Crab or Fresh Crab if you prefer
2 Chicken Breasts
1 Package 10 oz. Yellow Rice
1 Stick of butter - For Sautee'ing
1 T. Olive Oil - for browning the Chicken
