Aunt Marion's Layered
loves this and it looks so pretty when finished. Great for
summer pot-luck and holidays
1 small cherry Jello
1 small orange Jello
1 small lemon Jello
1 small lime Jello
Ingredients for Knox Gelatin
Layer (Mix in order):
2 Packages Knox Unflavored Gelatine
1/2 cup cold water
ADD 1 cup sugar
2 cups hot milk, COOL and Add 2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pour 1-1/2 cups between each layer of Jello
the first flavor and add 1 cup hot water to dissolve Jello;
then 1/2 cup cold water and stir. -
**We learned that it comes out better
if you add a full cup of ice instead of the 1/2c cold water.
Pour into 9" x 13"
glass dish and refrigerate until firm
Next layer with Knox Gelatin mixture and refrigerate until firm
and then repeat the above step, alternate between layers.
